Shipping policy
At Skinociti, we ship all orders from the United States. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Nepal. We are always working to expand our shipping destinations.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
- UPS Ground / UPS SurePost: 3–7 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $65.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using UPS and USPS. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada: 5–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- All other international destinations: 7–21 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Skinociti has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your domestic order has not arrived within 10 business days, or your international order has not arrived within 25 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@skinociti.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Skinociti is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
